Becoming Mrs. Shippie

Crystal Joyce became Mrs. Shippie in 2021, making shipping the definitive family business. Her husband had operated a shipping consulting business for 20 years. Before stepping into Mrs. Shippie’s shoes, Crystal ran an accounting firm for 14 years, then worked as a software developer.

While could never convince her husband to use social media as a marketing funnel, she’s used it to build her own shipping business. Mrs. Shippie maintains a visible presence on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, and TikTok.

A Family Business

Crystal is thrilled that their two daughters’ are proud of her business. They demonstrate their enthusiasm by sticking Mrs. Shippie stickers everywhere and borrowing her branded sweatshirts. She contributes to their youthful trend by advertising on their school’s soccer uniforms.
